3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1、The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of People"s Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of People"s Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2、Domestic manufacturers are required to provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China; Foreign manufacturers must provide special equipment type test certificates and the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China for the products they invest in;
3、The explosion-proof solenoid valve and proximity switch in the bidding products must have a mandatory Chinese national product certification certificate;
4、Standard package:The project accepts the tender of agents;Bidding requirements for agents: one manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding for equipment of the same brand and same model; (must provide commitment, see Chapter IX Form of bidding documents IV-17-Letter of Commitment).
5、From July 1, 2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of tender documents (subject to the contract signing time), the bidder has the supply performance of polyolefin device pneumatic butterfly valve in China, and a single supply performance contract must include at least one 42-inch pneumatic switch valve - butterfly valve. The scanned copy of the sales contract (including the stamped pages of both parties, project name, goods name, supply quantity, signing date page) and the scanned copy of the signed version of the technical agreement (which should reflect the project name, device scale, supply list) shall be provided. Failure to provide or provide incomplete information according to the above requirements shall be regarded as invalid performance.
