3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The manufacturer of the bidding equipment must have experience in manufacturing similar equipment; The bidder must be the manufacturer of the Φ0 Φ35mm extruder, Φ90 extruder, and Φ120 Φ50mm extruder, with no bad operation. The equipment bid must be a mature product, not an experimental one; 2) In the past year (from January 1, 2023 to the bidding deadline) (based on the contract signing time), the following performance requirements must be met: ①. The bidder must have at least one set of records for the Φ70 Φ35mm extruder (applicable conductor specifications: ？1.5mm~8.0mm, finished outer diameter after extrusion: ？2.0mm~11.0mm, screw diameter: Φ70mm) in China; ②. The bidder must have least one set of performance records for the Φ90 (single take-up and single release) extruder (cable core diameter: Φ4~Φ3mm; outer diameter of the sheath: Φ6~Φ45mm; screw diameter: Φ90mm) in China; ③. The bidder have at least one set of performance records for the Φ120 Φ50mm (single take-up and single release) extruder (cable diameter: Φ10mm~Φ75mm; outer diameter of the sheath: Φ20mm~Φ80mm; screw diameter: Φ20mm Φ50mm) in China; 3) The bidder must have the ability to install, debug, and provide after-sales service (provide commitment letter with the bidder"s seal (self-designed format)), and provide copies of the performance records with the bidder"s seal (accompanied by corresponding invoices and bank records). If the contract does not reflect the above content, a copy of the technical agreement or product brochure with the bidder"s seal must also be provided
