This boarding bridge procurement mainly includes: boarding corridor bridge and fixed end.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 All legal persons or other organizations from the People"s Republic of China or countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China may participate in bidding; Domestic bidders shall provide a copy of their valid business license, while overseas bidders shall provide a copy of their business registration certificate or other valid supporting documents.
3.2 This project accepts manufacturers or agents to participate in bidding. If the bidder is an agent, they shall provide a special product exclusive agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project. A manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in bidding for equipment of the same brand and model; If the manufacturer of the same brand of product authorizes two or more bidders, they will be treated as invalid bids; If the manufacturer of the same brand of product and its authorized agent participate in bidding at the same time, they will be treated as invalid bids. If the bidder is an agent, the bidder must provide the original or photocopy of the manufacturer"s exclusive authorization letter for the special product and the manufacturer"s after-sales service commitment letter for this project.
3.3 If the bidder is a manufacturer outside the People"s Republic of China, they shall have a permanent service agency or authorized agent in China and be able to provide timely and effective after-sales service (at the location of the project); If an overseas manufacturer authorizes an agent to bid, the manufacturer should have a permanent service agency or entrust an agency in China to provide after-sales service. Provide an introduction to the after-sales service organization and a copy of the business license (if the after-sales service organization is an agency, a copy of the after-sales service authorization letter issued by the manufacturer must be provided).
3.4 The passenger boarding bridge submitted by the bidder shall be included in the "Civil Airport Special Equipment Information Management System" special equipment notice, and the quality consistency audit shall be within the validity period, and website information screenshots shall be provided.
3.5 The bidder shall have at least one boarding bridge (in accordance with MH/T6028-2016 standard) supply (or installation) performance within the territory of the People"s Republic of China from January 1, 2018 to present (subject to the time of contract signing). (Note: The performance certification material is a copy of the contract stamped with the official seal. The performance certification material should reflect the contract signing time, contract amount, and procurement content. If the agent participates in the bidding, the manufacturer"s performance certification material can be provided.).
3.6 Credit Requirements:
3.6.1 Domestic bidders must meet the following conditions:
(A) The bidder has not been included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System; Login to the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" by the bidder or bidding agency at the evaluation site( http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/ )"Conduct a query and submit it to the evaluation committee for review during the evaluation process;
(B) The bidder has not been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the "China Execution Information Disclosure Network"; The bidder or bidding agency logs in to the "China Execution Information Disclosure Network" at the evaluation site( http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/ )"Conduct a query and submit it to the evaluation committee for review during the evaluation process;
3.6.2 Overseas bidders must meet the following conditions: good business reputation, no major illegal records (the bidder promises on their own).
