3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be a manufacturer of mid mounted high voltage switchgear and drawer type low voltage switchgear (MNS), with no adverse operating records. The equipment submitted is a brand new and mature product, not an experimental product; If the dry-type power transformer, workshop power cabinet, and maintenance box products are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder must provide the manufacturer"s unique authorization for this project. And the bidder must provide a type test report for the high-voltage cabinet of the bid product (≥ 10KV level).
2) Within the past two years (from January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline) (based on the time of contract signing), while meeting the following performance requirements:
1. In the past two years (from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding, whichever is the time of contract signing), bidders must have at least one domestic performance of supplying high-voltage switchgear with a contract amount of ≥ 2 million yuan and a voltage level of ≥ 10KV and successfully operating it for one year or more. At least one high-voltage switchgear with a rated current of ≥ 2500A and a rated short-time withstand current of ≥ 31.5kA shall be included in the above performance, and a type test report for this cabinet type shall be provided (including but not limited to insulation tests for auxiliary and control circuits, power frequency withstand voltage tests, lightning impulse voltage tests, circuit resistance measurements, and temperature rise tests);
2. Bidders must provide at least one set of SCB18-2000 (2000kVA, Uk=6%) and above capacity transformers with successful domestic usage performance for the brand products they are bidding for in the past two years (from January 1, 2022 to the bid deadline, subject to the contract signing time).
