3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification requirements:
1)The bidder must have the design and manufacturing capacity of advanced, mature and reliable cranes in the world, and must be the manufacturer of the bidding products; must have technical personnel in design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, production operation and maintenance and excellent processing and manufacturing equipment; have effective management system and strict quality assurance system; have rich experience in current design and manufacture of advanced cranes.
2) The bidder who has a record of trust-breaking transaction in Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co., LTD., and is still in the punishment period on the bidding deadline, including other bidders with the same controller, shall be subject to the Trust-breaking Transaction Management System of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co., LTD.;
3) The bidder has made the crane of the same type for more than five years (including), and the bidder has a sales performance of no less than 4 copies in Chinese mainland in the past three years (from September 1,2021 to now) and at least one crane with a tonnage of no less than 3 tons, and no major accidents or bad complaints about the use of the equipment. At the same time, the bidder shall provide the performance proof materials that meet the above requirements (the performance contract or the notice of acceptance or the technical agreement, and the certification materials shall reflect the important information of the signing time, quantity and tonnage of the contract). If the performance fraud is found that the standard is abandoned.
4) The bidder shall have the special equipment manufacturing license (Grade A), and shall provide the copy of the certificate (with the official seal of the bidder) in the bidding documents.
5) The bidder shall provide a copy of the valid business license in the bidding documents.
