3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*1) The bidder must be the manufacturer of professional equipment related to the thermal mechanical analyzer or its authorized agent. If the bidder is a manufacturer, the manufacturer"s certificate shall be provided. If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder himself, the bidder shall provide the official authorization letter of the manufacturer (in the format of the Bidding Documents for International Bidding of Mechanical and Electrical Products (Volume 1)). The tenderer shall only accept the authorization of the manufacturer to the bidder and the authorization of the manufacturer"s trading company or general agent in China to the bidder.
*2) The bidder shall provide the original of the credit certificate issued by the bank of its basic account within three months before the bid opening date or the copy of the original (if it is clearly indicated in the credit certificate that the copy is invalid, the original of the credit certificate must be provided, and the tendering agency reserves the right to review the original);
*3) Performance requirements: The bidder has successful experience in supplying thermal mechanical analyzers to China, and provide proof documents such as supply agreement, which can at least reflect the bidder as the supplier and the model of the products supplied. The complete configuration system composed of the bidding product model and the corresponding functional accessories has at least 3 or more users in China, and the user list and certification materials must be provided (the supplier of the certification materials can be the manufacturer or agent of the invested product);
*4) after-sales service: The bidder has a professional maintenance station or after-sales service organization in China.
