3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder is an independent legal person or other organization with legal business qualification;
2) The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding goods, and shall provide the License of Medical Device Manufacturers of PRC or the Record Certificate of Class I Medical Device in accordance with the management and sales enterprise, which shall provide the License of PEC PRC or the Record Certificate of Class II Medical Device in accordance with the relevant state regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national license; 3) The bidding goods shall have the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or the Record Certificate of Class I Medical Device within the valid period on the date of bid opening;
4) The bidder shall be a manufacturer specializing in the production of the required equipment, or a valid authorized agent;
5) The bidding models provided by the bidder shall have installed capacity users in China;
6) The bidder has no major illegal records in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities;
7) The bidder has no criminal record of bribery since its business activities;
8) The bidder is not listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov. Cn) is included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking and the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases, and it is not included in the Chinese Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov. Cn) included in the list of serious trust-breaking behaviors in government procurement.
