3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:This Invitation for Bids is open to all legal persons or other organizations from within the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as "PRC") and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called "the eligible source countries/areas")
3.1 The bidder shall have a valid business license or business permit certificate;
3.2 If the bidder is the manufacturer of the product being bid on, they shall provide a manufacturer qualification statement; If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product being bid on, the bidder shall obtain the sole formal authorization letter from the manufacturer of the product being bid on (or the national general agent of the product being bid on) to provide the goods in this bid.
3.3 From January 1, 2017 onwards (based on the date of contract signing), the bidder shall have a supply performance of at least one BOPET film slitting machine with a width of 8200mm and a mechanical speed of 800m/min or above within the territory of the People"s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). The bidding documents must also provide: ① a list of customers; ② Copy of the acceptance certificate (or key pages of the sales contract) materials (the above proof materials must reflect the type, width, speed, contract signing time, signatures of both parties of the supplied equipment, etc., otherwise they will not be recognized);
3.4 Bidders must have good after-sales service (the bidding documents must provide a written commitment and specify the after-sales service organization, including at least the address and contact information);
