The bidder has the qualification to manufacture or sell the equipment they have submitted, and the manufacturer"s total performance in thrust testing equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months before the bidding deadline, subject to the contract or order signing time) shall not be less than 20 units. (A copy of the contract or order must be provided in the bidding documents)
2. If the bidder is a trading company, they must provide the manufacturer"s "Manufacturer Authorization Letter" for this project along with the bidding documents.

1. The bidder has the qualification to manufacture or sell the equipment they have submitted, and the manufacturer"s total performance in thrust testing equipment in the past three years (valid within 36 months before the bidding deadline, subject to the contract or order signing time) shall not be less than 20 units.
