3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder must be a manufacturer from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China;
(2) The bidder has a valid business license (domestic bidder)/business license certificate (foreign bidder);
(3) Performance requirements: The bidder shall provide similar performance of more than one special machine plus equipment manufacturing from January 1, 2016 to now.
(4) The bidder shall, according to its own situation, provide corresponding certification materials in accordance with the following requirements:
A. For domestic bidders:
If the bidder is listed as the person subject to enforcement for breach of trust by the People"s Court until the bid deadline, his bid will be rejected (provide screenshot of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn)).
B. For foreign bidders:
If the bidder is a bidder outside the People"s Republic of China, it must promise that there is no bad performance record or serious quality problems in the past three years.
(5) The bidder shall provide the original or copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bidder"s basic account opening bank within 3 months before the bid opening date;
