3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder shall be an independent legal person legally established and effectively existing in the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade contacts with the People"s Republic of China (Domestic bidders shall provide: copy of business license; Foreign legal entity or organization must provide: copy of registration certificate).
3.2 The bidder shall be the manufacturer or authorized agent of the bid products (in the case of the agent, the original letter of authorization and after-sales service commitment issued by all the manufacturers of the bid products for the project shall be provided).
3.3 From January 1, 2019 to the deadline of bidding for the project (subject to the signing date of the contract), there shall be no less than 3 sales contracts of the bid products (triple quadrupole liquid mass coupling instrument or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument) in the People"s Republic of China (copies of key pages of the contract shall be provided, and the parts involving commercial secrets can be hidden. However, it must be able to fully reflect the signing time, the supply content, the names of the parties to the contract and the name of the end user, the name and telephone number of the contact person to meet the qualification requirements of this article. The bid evaluation Committee reserves the right to review the original certification materials).
3.4 The bidder shall provide the "Integrity Statement" (in its own format), and promise to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People"s Republic of China, without the following circumstances:
