3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder (or the leader of the consortium) shall be the manufacturer from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for submission of bid documents. The bidder of the main emission equipment (engine gas emission analyzer, particulate sampling system, particle counting analysis system, FTIR gas full component analyzer) shall be the manufacturer, in total, there are more than 4 sets of main emission test equipment of the same type as this project (no less than 1 set of engine gas emission analyzer, no less than 1 set of particulate sampling system, no less than 1 set of particulate counting analysis system, and no less than 1 set of FTIR gas all-component analyzer) and the supply performance of the project and provide a copy of the contract or technical agreement. With 2 or more sets of emission equipment integrated engine bench HORIBA STRAS system or AVL PUMA system project experience, used to meet the GB17691 heavy-duty diesel vehicle pollutant emission limits and measurement methods (China Phase V, VI) test requirements, the tender documents provide to meet the above.
