(2) The bidder has had at least one operational performance of urban rail transit signal CBTC in China in the past 5 years (from August 16, 2019 to August 15, 2024).
(3) Consortium bidding is not accepted.
Bidders are no longer allowed to act as technical subcontractors for ATP/ATO (if any) of other bidders in this project, and technical subcontractors for the same ATP/ATO (if any) cannot collaborate with two or more bidders in this project at the same time.
