Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Meet the requirements of Item 2 "Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1 of the Bidding Document.
3.2 If the bidder is an agent or system integrator, it must provide the authorization certificate issued by the product manufacturer for this project.
3.3 Bidders should have successful application cases. From January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding, there were three or more national testing centers or automobile main engine plants with trolley simulation collision application cases in China, which were in normal operation and use.
