Qualifications or Performance:Bidder should have qualifications or performance:
(1) The bidder must be from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.

(3) The bidding equipment shall have the medical device registration certificate issued by the State Food and Drug Administration within the validity period and the attachments.
(4) The bidder is the manufacturer of the bid goods, and shall provide the Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State; If the bidder is a marketing enterprise, it shall provide the Medical Device Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
(5) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or there is a holding, management relationship between different suppliers, shall not participate in the same tender project package bidding.
(6) Only suppliers who are legally and financially independent, operate legally and are independent of the tenderer and the tendering agency may participate in the tender.
