3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
This project accepts the bidding of agents. One manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding for the equipment of the same brand and the same model;
Package 1:From January 1,2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of bid documents (subject to the date of contract signing), the bidder shall have the supply performance of radioactive level meter similar to the polypropylene device in this project in China. No less than 10 radioactive material levels in a single performance contract. The scanned copy of the performance contract (including the name of the project, the name of goods, the quantity of supply, the date of signing) and the scanned copy of the signed version of the technical agreement (shall reflect the project name, device name and supply list) shall be provided. If the contract fails to provide according to the above requirements or the information is incomplete, the performance shall be deemed as invalid.
Package 2: From January 1,2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of bid documents (subject to the date of signing the contract), the bidder shall have the supply performance of radioactive level meter of full density polyethylene device in China. No less than 5 sets of radioactive material levels in a single performance contract. The scanned copy of the sales contract (including the seal of both parties, project name, goods name, supply quantity, signing date) and the scanned copy of the signed technical agreement (shall reflect the project name, device name and supply list) shall be provided. If it fails to provide according to the above requirements or if the information is provided, incomplete performance shall be deemed as invalid.
The original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the tenderer within three months before the bid opening date.
