Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall complete effective registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce to provide public services for international bidding and bidding activities of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Trading Platform for Bidding and Bidding of Mechanical and Electrical products, website: www.chinabidding.com) before the bid deadline;
