3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder must come from the PRC or be equipment manufacturer from the country or region having regular trade relations with the PRC.
3.2 The bidder registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China shall provide photocopies of valid business licenses and stamped with the official seal.
3.3 Since January 1, 2015 (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder shall have two sales performance contracts of special tower internals, and provide one pure zirconium material (R60702) and one dual-phase steel material (2205/2207).
Note: The bidder must provide copies of detailed sales performance list and performance contract bearing official seal. If the performance contract provided by the bidder involves commercial secrets, it may only provide a list of performance (performance name, time of contract signing, number of units, equipment name, material and size), which shall be guaranteed by the bidder to be true and valid, and stamped with the official seal or signed by the corporate responsible person (The format of commitment is self-defined, and the tenderee shall be entitled to verify the performance.).
3.4 The bidder must complete the CFD simulation calculation within one week after obtaining the bid, submit the screenshot of the CFD simulation calculation result page, and provide the email of the CFD simulation result approved by the Employer in the formal bid.
3.5 The bidder shall, according to his own circumstances, provide the corresponding supporting materials in accordance with the following requirements:
A. For a bidder from inside the PRC customs territory
①The same type of products sold by the bidder shall be free of major accidents and adverse complaints during the use (the letter of commitment bearing official seals shall be provided, with self-defined format).
②As of the bid submission deadline, if the bidder is listed by the people"s court as a dishonest？executor, its bid will be rejected (provide "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) query screenshot).
B. For a bidder from outside the PRC customs territory
If the bidder comes from outside the PRC customs territory, it must promise that it has no bad performance record or serious quality problem in recent three years.
3.6 The Project rejects bids from agents.
3.7 Joint venture bid is not accepted for the Project.
