3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region).
2) Bidders shall provide the manufacturing performance of no less than 1 set of 300,000 t/a cycle gas compressor for the Grace Unipol process PP plant from 2013(whichever is the time of contract signing) to the tender closing date; at the same time, bidders shall provide no less than 1 set of MZCR recirculating gas compressor and 1 set of recirculating gas compressor of gas phase reactor (1 set each of MZCR recirculating gas compressor and gas phase reactor recirculating compressor) in the Lyb Spherizone PP plant. Bidders shall provide provide contract scanning, each contract should include at least the first page of the contract, the main scope of work page, the contract amount, the contract period, both sides signed and sealed pages.
