Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The following bidders are not acceptable: 1. Different bidders that have the same person in charge; 2. Different bidders that are share-holding or managing mutually; 3. Bidders that have been listed as Dishonest Judgement Debtor on www.creditchina.gov.cn or other credit platform by the China Supreme Court. 4. Bidders that have been list as Enterprises with Serious Illegal and Dishonest Acts in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System by Administration for Industry and Commerce. Contract Reference Requirement:The bidder has completed at least three similar projects from January 1, 2021 to the date of bid opening (based on the date of contract signing), and the relevant supporting materials to be submitted are: 1) A copy of the contract agreement, acceptance certificate, and invoice (or formal invoice) should be attached; 2) The bidder should be the direct supplier of the contract; 3) The contract should be signed or stamped by all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders.
