3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
This project does not accept agent bidding;
From January 1,2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of tender documents (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidding product (eccentric rotary valve) shall have the supply performance of polyethylene device similar to this project in China. There are at least 416-inch eccentric rotary valves in a single supply performance contract. The scanned copy of the supply performance contract (including the name of the project, the name of the goods, the quantity of supply, the date of signing) and the scanned copy of the signed technical agreement (reflecting the project name, the scale of the equipment and the supply list) shall be provided. If the contract fails to be provided according to the above requirements or the information is incomplete, the performance shall be deemed as invalid.
The original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the tenderer within three months before the bid opening date.
Bidder for the product manufacturer, or with the manufacturer belong to the same group (the same parent company holding) or with the manufacturer holding, participating in the sales company, if the bidder for the above situation of sales company, also must issue can prove with the manufacturer belong to the same group (the same parent company holding) or with the manufacturer holding, participation of relevant documents.
Domestic manufacturers shall provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China; foreign manufacturers shall provide the type test certificate of the invested products and the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China.
The explosion-proof solenoid valve and proximity switch in the bidding products shall have the national compulsory product certification certificate.
