Qualifications or Performance:Qualification certificate documents: (The original authorization letter issued by the original manufacturer or agent should be provided. If the bidder provides a copy or scanned copy of the original, it will not be recognized during the evaluation)
1. A valid business license or relevant proof registered within or outside the territory of the People"s Republic of China must provide a copy of the relevant documents (stamped with the official seal of the unit).
2. If the goods provided by the bidder are manufactured by the bidder themselves, a "Manufacturer Qualification Statement" must be provided; If the bidder is not the original manufacturer of the goods being bid, the bidder shall provide a "Manufacturer Qualification Statement" and a "Qualification Statement of the bidder (as an agent)", and the bidder shall obtain the original formal authorization letter from the original manufacturer or agent of the goods to provide the goods in this bid (stamped with the official seal of this unit).
3. The bidder shall provide a copy of the audit report for the year 2022 or 2023 issued by an accounting firm (including at least the main body of the audit report, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank within three months before the bid opening date (with the official seal of the unit affixed).
4. The person in charge of the unit is the same person, or different units with controlling or management relationships are not allowed to participate in the bidding of the same bidding project and section. An explanation of the affiliated relationship (stamped with the official seal of the unit) must be provided.
5. Within the three years prior to participating in this project activity, if there are no major illegal records or major product quality issues in the business activities, relevant statements must be provided (stamped with the official seal of the unit).
6. Bidders are required to provide an anti commercial bribery commitment letter (stamped with the official seal of their organization).
