3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder must submit the qualification certificate to prove that it can perform the contract after winning the bid (see the Instructions to Bidders 13.3 in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the Bidding Documents for details). In addition to providing the qualification certificate according to the Instructions to Bidders 13.3 in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents, the bidder shall also provide the following documents:
