Overview:This project is to meet the procurement needs of the bidder for the construction of a high-speed camera platform. The bidding unit must meet the supply, installation, debugging, and acceptance of relevant equipment software and hardware, transfer of all software and hardware materials, technical training, and after-sales service during the warranty period, as well as provide technical support and guidance throughout the entire process.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations responding to the bidding. Bidders within the customs territory must provide a copy of their business license with a unified social credit code, and bidders outside the customs territory must provide a copy of their registration certificate.
3.2 This project does not accept alternative solutions, selective quotations, or quotations with additional conditions.
3.3 Bidders within the customs territory must provide the original credit certificate issued by their bank of account within three months before the bid opening date or a copy of the original (if the credit certificate clearly states that the copy is invalid (including the back), the original credit certificate must be provided.)
3.4 Provide performance certification materials for three identical or similar products within the past three years (from January 1, 2021 to the bidding deadline) (copies of the contract cover, relevant pages that reflect all performance requirements of the bidding, and signed and stamped pages of the contract must be provided, along with relevant original copies for future reference).
3.5 The bidding product manufacturer should have an office (or agency) and dedicated after-sales service personnel for the above-mentioned system equipment in China (relevant organization and personnel information must be provided and stamped with the official seal).
3.6 If the goods provided by the bidder according to the contract are not manufactured by the bidder themselves, the bidder shall obtain a formal and unique authorization letter from the goods manufacturer to provide the goods in this bid;
3.7 A "Integrity Commitment Letter from Beijing Strength Environmental Research Institute" stamped with the bidder"s official seal must be provided, in the format specified in the bidding documents. The name of the bidder"s controlling shareholder, the name of the controlling company, and the name of the unit with management or managed relationships must be truthfully disclosed.
