Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the invested product, or the only authorized agent of the manufacturer of the invested product for the project, and only one bidder can participate in the bidding for products of the same brand; 2. The deicing vehicle submitted by the bidder must have the equipment notice information and the corresponding test report published on the website of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and the notice shall be valid during the contract performance period; 3.From January 1, 2020 to the bidding deadline, the cumulative sales number of aircraft deicing vehicles of the bidder"s brand should be more than 15 (inclusive), of which the cumulative sales number of aircraft deicing vehicles of the same brand and model invested by the bidder should be more than 4 (inclusive); 4. The bidder shall have no record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in business activities from January 1, 2021 to the bidding deadline.
