3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:1. The bidder must be a manufacturer or agent of the European and American standard charging and discharging simulation testing system. Bidders within the customs territory must provide a copy of their valid business license stamped with the bidder"s official seal. 2. The entire testing system needs to obtain CCTS (Combined Charging Test System) certification from the CharIn alliance, and a link and screenshot proof from the CharIn official website are required. The number of test cases needs to fully meet the requirements of DIN70122 and ISO15118-4,5 standards. 3. Bidders or manufacturers shall provide lifelong maintenance services for equipment, and their professional maintenance engineers shall have more than 3 years of service experience in similar equipment. There is a good after-sales quality assurance service system in Chinese Mainland, and an after-sales service agency in Chinese Mainland is engaged in technical support work, with professional service personnel. The bidder or manufacturer shall have a special after-sales service agency in Chinese Mainland, which can provide 24-hour service response and arrive at the site within 48 hours. The bidder or manufacturer shall provide the address, telephone number, personnel list, contact person and other information of the after-sales service agency. Contract Reference Requirement:1. Bidders (or manufacturers) are required to provide 3 cases of using this bidding scheme for vehicle end CCS (European Standard Electric Vehicle Joint Charging System) testing within the past five years, and relevant supporting documents. The specific requirements are as follows: 1) A copy of the business contract for the performance project (including contract content, signing time, and names of all parties signing the contract), allowing for the concealment of confidential information; 2) A copy of the relevant pages of the business contract or technical agreement (including technical indicators, supply scope, etc. that clearly reflect the above requirements); 3) The contract date shall be the later of the effective date of the contract and the signing date of the contract; 4) Similar performance refers to the European and American standard charging and discharging testing systems for new energy vehicles.
