3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic bidders should be independent legal entities that comply with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China.
2) Bidders should have supply performance of more than 30 similar bridge cranes and must provide proof materials such as copies of key contract pages.
3) If the bidder is an agent, they must obtain and provide a unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods for this project.
4) Bidders must submit their bids on an electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Mechanical and Electrical Product Trading Platform") before the bidding deadline. The website is: http://www.chinabidding.com )Complete the valid registration on the platform (as the registration review of the electromechanical product trading platform requires a certain amount of time, if bidders decide to participate in this project bidding, please log in to the website as soon as possible to check if they are already in a valid registration status, so as not to affect normal bidding due to approaching the bidding deadline for registration matters).
