3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1Valid business license(Domestic enterprises need to provide);
3.2 Suppliers must pass quality system certifications such as ISO9001 or ISO14001;
3.3 * The equipment supplier shall have more than ten years of manufacturing experience in the provided system, and the bidding equipment shall have good international sales performance and usage reputation;
3.4 * Within the past 3 years, the supplier has provided similar level systems to at least 10 domestic users in China and provided proof materials, as well as relevant proof of the sales situation of the systems and equipment;
3.5 * Having good after-sales service support in China, suppliers and equipment manufacturers should have cooperative service and maintenance centers in China (at least one in Beijing and Shanghai, or at least three in other regions of China), and provide relevant confirmation materials;
3.6 * Provide legal representative"s authorization, copy of legal representative"s ID card and ID card of authorized person;
3.7For bidding equipment from the same manufacturer or integrator, only one bidder is allowed to bid;
3.8The project does not accept consortium bidding;
3.9Bidders without purchasing the bidding documents as required by the bidding documents are not allowed to participate in the bidding.
The bidder shall provide a set of copies of the above-mentioned materials with official seal when receiving the bidding documents.
