Overview:Due to business development needs, Beijing Tianma Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a flexible intelligent production line of machining center, including 3 precision horizontal machining centers, pallet automation system, automatic loading and unloading unit, and total control system. Realize automatic raw material loading, automatic workpiece clamping, intelligent automatic processing, rough cleaning and blow drying, marking and code scanning, sampling, automatic finished product blanking, machining center flexible intelligent production line total control system and machine tool numerical control system open information interface, can be integrated with Tianma intelligent control DNC networking system, MES system, tool management system and AGV material conveying system. Realize remote monitoring and information collection, to achieve the main valve body flexible mixed line, unattended efficient production, intelligent level to reach the international leading.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:In addition to the qualifications required in Chapter I Instructions to Bidders "2. Qualified Bidder", the bidder shall also meet the following bidder qualifications:
(1) The bidder"s reputation requirements:
Both the domestic bidder and the overseas bidder shall provide the letter of reputation commitment in its own format, which shall be stamped with the official seal of the company or the signature of the legal representative or the authorized person of the legal representative.
(2) If the equipment submitted by the bidder is not manufactured by the bidder, the original color scanning copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the equipment or the original color scanning copy of the authorization letter of the Chinese holding subsidiary of the manufacturer must be provided; If the bidder is the manufacturer"s authorized general agent in China or regional agent in China, it must provide a copy of the general agent authorization letter or regional agent authorization letter.
(3) Sales performance requirements: In the past three years (from January 1, 2021 to now), the bidder has directly sold the number of sets of unattended intelligent production line in China, in which the parameters of the main engine part meet the X-axis stroke ≥900mm, Y-axis stroke ≥900mm, Z-axis stroke ≥1000mm, with double exchange table and the table with the fourth axis. The production line included in the performance shall have the ability of unattended automated production, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid performance in this bidding. Relevant performance certification materials shall be attached to the bidding, and the scanned copy of the contract shall contain at least the stamped pages of the contract buyer and seller, the date of signing the contract, the name and model of the equipment and key technical parameters and other information (if the above information is not reflected in the contract, the corresponding technical agreement or other certification materials (such as final acceptance certificate and other documents) shall be provided). The performance shall be based on the signing time of the contract, and the sales contracts signed for non-use requirements such as distribution contracts and agency contracts shall not be considered as valid performance.
