1.Performance Requirements: The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidding goods shall have provided no less than 5 performance related functional development and testing equipment for engine controllers (EMS), vehicle controllers (VCU), or fuel cell controllers (FCU) from January 2021 to the bidding deadline. The bidding documents shall provide copies of contracts that meet the above requirements.
2.Reputation requirement: Bidders or their legal representatives are not allowed to participate in the bidding of this project if they have the following situations:
