Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:China International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tendering Agency") is entrusted by Shenzhen Airport Co., Ltd. to conduct international public bidding for the following goods and related services of the "Shenzhen Airport 2 Pure Electric Container Loader Procurement Project (Package 1) (Re-bid)", and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit sealed bidding documents.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidder shall be an independent legal person established and validly existing in accordance with the law in the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.
2.Enterprise qualification requirements: (1) The bidder must be a manufacturer or sales agent of the same type of container cargo loader. If it is an agent, it must have the sole authorization letter of the manufacturer of the equipment to be invested for the project (provide a copy of the sole authorization document of the agent to participate in the project and affix the official seal of the bidder), and if the manufacturer of the same brand and the authorized agent participate in the bidding at the same time, only the manufacturer"s bid will be accepted. (2) The bidder intends to invest in the same model of container cargo loader parameter information must be consistent with the content of the Civil Aviation Administration of China"s "Civil Airport Special Equipment Notification Information Table", and provide a screenshot of the "Civil Airport Special Equipment Notification Information Table" stamped with the bidder"s official seal.
3.Performance requirements: The bidder or its manufacturer has the sales performance of one or more container cargo loaders of the same type to be invested in domestic civil airports from January 1, 2019 to the date of announcement. Performance certification documents: copies of contracts or user certificates, stamped with official seals (domestic bidders) or signatures (overseas bidders), and the certification documents should clearly reflect the date of signing the contract, the names of both parties to the contract (the final user must be a civil aviation system unit, including but not limited to airport construction units or operating units, airlines, airport ground service companies, etc.) and equipment brands, models, and quantities, and if it is a user certificate, the name, position and telephone number of the person in charge of the owner must also be listed.
4.Bidders must register on the China International Bidding Online and register for bidding. Before the deadline for bidding, bidders who have not completed the bidding registration on the bidding network shall not participate in the bidding.
5.The bidder shall strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of China, and the bidding documents shall comply with the relevant provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of China.
6.The bidder shall not have an interest in the tenderer, and the person in charge of the unit shall be the same person or a different unit with a holding and management relationship, and shall not participate in the bidding of the project (the same bid) at the same time.
7.This tender does not accept consortium bids.
8.Bidders must meet the above qualified bidder qualification requirements, and in accordance with the requirements in the bid documents to provide detailed supporting documents, do not meet the above requirements or do not provide valid supporting documents, the bid will be rejected.
