3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China.
2), the bidder must be the manufacturer or agent of the goods, if the bidder is an agent, must have the only authorization letter of the manufacturer of the goods for this project (the same brand and the same model can only be authorized to one agent to participate in the bidding).
3) The bidder shall have the sales performance of the same type of equipment in this bidding in the last 5 years (January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2023), of which the cumulative sales quantity of the same type of MCVD shall not be less than 10 units and the total amount shall not be less than RMB 105 million, and the cumulative sales quantity of the same type of drawing tower shall not be less than 9 wire drawing production lines with a total amount of not less than RMB 63 million. The tenderer shall provide the sales performance of the MCVD system and the special optical fiber drawing tower at the same time, and only the sales performance of the MCVD system or the special optical fiber drawing tower shall be deemed invalid. Proof of equipment materials of different types shall be deemed to be invalid as a single performance certificate. All supporting materials provided must be true and valid, otherwise they will bear the corresponding legal responsibility. The manufacturer has the quality assurance capability to manufacture the equipment and is able to provide a complete service to the customer.
