Qualifications or Performance:(1)Requirements for Qualification of Bidder
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B. If the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and formal authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding.

(2)Requirement for Bidder"s reference:
From January 1, 2013 to the bidding deadline (based on the date of contract signing), the manufacturer of the products tendered by the bidder shall have supply performance for at least one plate heat exchanger under one contract, and both shall meet the technical requirements of heat exchange power not less than 30000KW. Bidders are required to submit relevant performance certification documents.
Bidders are required to submit performance forms in the prescribed format and relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) copies of sales contracts and 2) materials for acceptance upon arrival. The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (should be stamped by both parties),manufacturer name, goods name, heat exchange power, and arrival acceptance materials. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or failure to reflect the contract signing time, manufacturer name, goods name, heat exchange power, and arrival acceptance materials provided, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
