Qualifications or Performance:1. Basic requirements: The bidder shall be a rail transit vehicle manufacturer registered in accordance with the Company Law of the People"s Republic of China, with legal personality, and capable of providing bidding goods and services within the territory of the People"s Republic of China.
2. Performance requirements: Bidders must have one domestic urban rail transit fully automatic operation (GoA4 level: IEC62290 or corresponding standards) vehicle manufacturing and supply performance in the past five years (from April 2, 2019 to April 2, 2024, based on the opening and operation time).
3. Reputation requirement: The bidder has not been listed on the "China Execution Information Disclosure Network" website( http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin/ )Listed as a dishonest debtor.
