3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders should have independent legal personality or registration; Bidders in customs territory should provide valid copies of business licenses, organization code certificates and tax registration certificates (enterprises with three certificates in one or five certificates in one only need to provide valid copies of business licenses issued by market supervision and management departments and loaded with unified social credit codes); Bidders outside customs territory should provide copies of enterprise registration certificates issued by local competent departments.
2) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the bidding products, it shall have the sole authorization of the manufacturer of the products; the bidder shall provide a copy of the sole authorization letter of the manufacturer of the products agreeing to provide the products in this bidding (see Chapter IV, Format IV-9-4 of Bidding Documents).
3) The bidder shall have good bank credit and commercial prestige, and shall not be ordered to suspend business or go bankrupt, and the assets have not been reorganized, taken over or frozen; The bidder within the customs territory shall provide a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic deposit account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date; The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bank where the account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.
4) Sales performance of bar annealing furnace with cooling control function from January 2017 to now by the manufacturer of the equipment invested by the bidder (500-600 ℃ cooling rate: 1-4 ℃/minute adjustable), and provide relevant performance certification documents (i.e. copies of key pages of the sales contract signed with the buyer or the acceptance certificate issued by the buyer).
