3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder shall be an independent legal person lawfully established and validly existing in the People"s Republic of China or a country or region having normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China. Domestic bidders shall provide: copy of business license; Foreign legal institutions or organizations must provide: copies of registration documents.
3.2 If the bidder is a system integrator, it shall provide at least a copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the bench system (or motor), NVH chamber and acoustic acquisition system for this project.
3.3 From January 1, 2021 to the deadline of bidding for the project (subject to the contract signing time), the bidder or bench system manufacturer must have at least one set of similar equipment (similar equipment refers to three motor or five motor NVH bench with a speed of 22000rpm and above) sales performance; A copy of the contract must be provided (the part of the contract involving trade secrets can be hidden, but it must be able to fully reflect the signing time, supply content, quantity, specifications and models, the names of the parties to the contract, the contract signature and seal page, etc.). The Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to review the original contract.
3.4 From January 1, 2021 to the deadline of the bid for this project (subject to the contract signing time), the manufacturer of the same NVH warehouse shall have at least one set of electric drive bench semi-acoustic laboratory cases that adopt the same acoustic materials and structure as the bid scheme, and the insulation valve assembly and the elastic damping vibration isolation system assembly; Certification materials shall be provided, including at least copies of contracts, relevant technical documents, acceptance reports and acoustic measurement reports issued by third parties (the part of the certification materials involving trade secrets can be hidden, but must be able to fully reflect the signing time, supply content, quantity, specifications and models, the names of the parties to the contract, the contract signature and seal page, etc.). The Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to review the original contract.
3.5 The bidder shall provide the "Integrity Statement" (in its own format), and promise to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People"s Republic of China, without the following circumstances:
(1) There are pending lawsuits and poor performance records related to the bid goods or business;
(2) The relevant administrative departments of the State, Chongqing City, Suzhou City (including the city or any district or county) shall impose the administrative penalty of suspension of the bidding qualification, and within the penalty period.
