3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) If the bidder is the bidding equipment agent, it is necessary to provide the original authorization certificate of the equipment manufacturer for the project in the bidding documents. The format of the authorization letter is detailed in the format requirements of the bidding documents.
2) The manufacturer of the invested product shall have the financial, technical and production capacity necessary for the performance of the contract (the letter of commitment shall be provided in the format of self-drafting).
3) The bidder"s bid documents shall provide the manufacturer"s sales performance of similar products with the bid products from January 1, 2021 to the bid deadline, and provide proof of performance materials (copy of the contract shall be provided).
4) The bidder shall provide the original or valid copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.
5) For bidders who supply goods outside the customs of the People"s Republic of China, once the bid is won, the bidder must be the contracting party who has signed the foreign trade contract with the buyer for the project.
6) The bidder is in good financial condition, the manufacturer of the bidding equipment should have advanced design and manufacturing experience, should have the ability to design and produce similar equipment, and the manufacturing technology is mature and reliable, no bad equipment sales record.
7) Consortium bidding is not allowed in this tender (letter of commitment is required and the format is self-drafted).
8) Potential bidders who have not obtained the bidding documents shall not participate in the bidding.
