Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder may be the domestic branch or domestic and foreign agent of the equipment manufacturer. If it is the domestic and foreign agent of the equipment manufacturer, it must provide the project agency authorization letter/letter issued by the equipment manufacturer, and will not accept the consortium bid.
2) The bidder should have a good reputation in the industry and should not be included in the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in the national enterprise credit information publicity system by the administrative department for industry and commerce. There can be no record of violations of laws and regulations, and all achievements should belong to companies without records of violations of laws and regulations.
3) The bidder shall have an office or branch in mainland China, and have the above equipment maintenance service capabilities and a number of professional and full-time after-sales service personnel, and provide the relevant office/organization address, telephone number, number of after-sales personnel, experience, contact information and other information.
4) The equipment manufacturer shall pass ISO 9001/2 quality system certification and provide relevant certification documents; the equipment manufacturer shall have more than 10 years of manufacturing experience for the equipment provided, and the equipment manufacturer shall have application cases in the National Automobile Testing Center and mainstream automobile main engine factories, and shall provide performance list as certification materials.
