*2 Qualification criteria: The manufacturer of the bidding equipment must have experience in manufacturing similar equipment, and the bidding equipment is not a trial product. *4. The bidder shall provide a copy of the 2022 financial audit report issued by an accounting firm or a credit certificate issued by a bank within three months prior to the bid opening (October 2023- bidding deadline) (the above documents shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
