3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1Valid business license(domestic);
3.2 ★ The core equipment in the testing system provided by the bidding party must be produced by the original factory, and its manufacturer must pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification. The bidding documents should be accompanied by scanned or photocopies of the certificate;
3.3 ★ The bidder or its agent"s system integrator has a rich prototype library in China;
3.4 ★ The Tenderer or its agent system integrator has corresponding after-sales maintenance and technical support capability in Chinese Mainland, and the Tenderer shall provide special authorization from the original manufacturer;
3.5 * Provide legal representative"s authorization, copy of legal representative"s ID card and ID card of authorized person;
3.6For bidding equipment from the same manufacturer or integrator, only one bidder is allowed to bid;
3.7The project does not accept consortium bidding;
3.8Bidders without purchasing the bidding documents as required by the bidding documents are not allowed to participate in the bidding.
