3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. For those legally registered within or outside the territory of the People"s Republic of China, their business license or relevant certificates are valid, and copies of relevant documents must be provided (stamped with the official seal of the unit).

2. If the bidder is not the original manufacturer of the goods being bid, the bidder should obtain the consent of the original manufacturer or agent of the goods to provide the original formal authorization letter for the goods in this bid (with the official seal of this unit affixed).

3. The bidder shall provide a copy of the 2022 audit report issued by an accounting firm (including at least the main body of the audit report, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) or an original credit certificate issued by the bank within three months before the bid opening.
