Qualifications or Performance:Qualification and Achievement requirements for the bidder.The following documents must be provided.(1)All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information;(2)Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself or directly authorized Agent;(3)If as an Agent:①The bidder should provide a letter with original sole official authorized by Manufacturer for the bid;②The Agent shall get registered in accordance with the local law for at least three years from the bid opening date and copies of valid registration documents such as business license shall be provided;③The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products in two different years within three years from the bid opening date. Copies of the contract / purchase order evidencing its sales performance should be provided and signed or sealed by the Bidder;(4)The Bidder shall provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s Bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date (The signature or sealing by the respective of bidders is needed);(5)Other Qualification and Achievement requirements stipulated in Chapter VIII.
