The effluent quality of this project is subject to the Class A standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002).

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall have the first-class qualification of electronic and intelligent engineering professional contracting, and have the safety production license (within the validity period).


2. The project manager to be assigned shall have the registration certificate of first-class construction engineer in mechanical and electrical engineering, and the Class B certificate of "Class III Personnel" (within the validity period).


3, the construction site full-time safety production management personnel, with "three class personnel" C certificate (within the validity period).


4, the bidder since January 1,2018 (the completion report time) in Chinese mainland at least one completed processing scale is not less than 80000 tons / day water to the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard (GB18918-2002) level A standard urban sewage treatment plant of new or expansion, and single contract amount is not less than 8 million yuan (foreign currency exchange rate according to the date of contract) (refers to automatic control, instrument, security) automatic control engineering (must include sewage plant control center software and hardware, factory instrument) similar performance;

Note: (1) if the performance obtained in the form of consortium and subcontracting shall not be recognized; (2) the performance of the PPP project (including BOT, BT, TOT, etc.) or EPC project shall not be recognized.


Performance certification materials: provide a copy of the contract and the completion acceptance report, the original copy for future reference, (if the contract cannot reflect the performance requirements, the original user certification documents shall be provided, and the original shall be bound into the original).


5. If the bidder has not been temporarily withheld or revoked by the municipal or above administrative department due to the production safety accident since January 1,2020 (subject to the temporary withholding or revocation time), the bidder shall provide the letter of commitment in the bidding documents.


6. Any deviation from the terms indicated in the first volume of the tender documents that may lead to the rejection of the bid documents will lead to the rejection of the bid.
