3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:10-1 Suppliers must have work experience related to automated production line robots with a total contract amount of 1 million RMB or more automotive enterprise systems (December 2020 to December 2023) in the past 3 years. Please provide a copy of the contract and specific job description, stamped with official seal or signed by the authorized person
10-2. Supplier should have requested system and facilities for smooth project execution.
10-2-1 Supplier should have the quality managing system for a guarantee and the approval of the common goods and own making goods/outsourcing goods.
10-2-2 Supplier should have a self-test ability, test for inspection/measurement equipment, jigs.
10-2-3 Suppliers shall have after sales service system, management system and sufficient spare parts supply system.
10-2-4 Qualified professionals in mechanical, electrical and quality control departments are required.
10-2-5 Supplier shall be able to design and manufacturing utilizing CAD/CATIA
10-2-6 Supplier should have own manufacturing capacity for independent accomplishment of project, and should submit the plan of outsourcing and own manufacturing in detail.
10-2-7 Sufficient project organization and cooperative suppliers should be secured for project accomplishment.
10-3.Bidders are required to provide the original and photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the opening bank three months before the bid opening date.
