Overview:The five-in-one swept frequency test equipment is suitable for the aging test of S2 series, S3 series, S0+ series IGBT and SiC module products, the device under test is placed in the input position using a tray, and the test is carried out by fully automatic loading and unloading, and the equipment automatically transmits and transfers the device under test to the test station and realizes automatic testing. In the test, the three-phase inverter power assessment of the automotive module is realized by adjusting the test conditions such as temperature rise and current to simulate the actual application conditions, and the potential defective modules are further screened. The test process needs to be controlled by water cooling, voltage, current, temperature and other data need to be monitored and automatically recorded, and the system needs to be kept safe and reliable, and the operation is stable.
