Overview:The estimated investment for this project is approximately 2147.83 million yuan for the first phase of the project; Construction scale: The total land area of the first and second phases of the project is 200594 square meters, of which the total construction area of the first phase is 59086 square meters, including but not limited to empty container storage yard, container repair and washing workshop, heavy container handover area, outdoor ground parking area, supporting service buildings, checkpoints connected to the port area, fences, corridors, water and electricity supporting facilities, and all business formats included in the initial design text of the first phase of the project (excluding truck yards and overpasses); Construction location: Located on the north side of Yingbin Road, in the original ash storage area of Beilun Power Plant.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) A bidder is a legal entity or other organization that responds to bidding, has obtained bidding documents from the tenderer or bidding agency, and participates in bidding competition. Any legal person or other organization that has not obtained the bidding documents from the tenderer or bidding agency shall not participate in bidding.
(2) If the automated rail mounted container crane equipment being tendered is a product manufactured within the territory of the People"s Republic of China, the bidder must be a manufacturer and have a valid business license and special equipment production license (the license items include the manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and renovation of bridge and gantry lifting machinery).
If the automated rail type container crane equipment being tendered is a product manufactured outside the People"s Republic of China, the bidder must have the corresponding supply and installation capabilities for this bidding project, and must have the Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China (the license project includes the mechanical installation of bridge and gantry cranes). If the agent participates in the bidding, the bidder must also provide a unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the automated rail type container crane equipment being tendered for this project.
(3) According to the Notice of the Supreme People"s Court and nine other departments on the Joint Punishment of Dishonest Executees in Tendering and Bidding Activities, bidders are not allowed to be dishonest Executees. The tenderer (bidding agency) will conduct a search on the bidder"s dishonest information (specific to the "Credit China" website www.creditchina. gov.cn "on the day of bid opening). If the bidder is a dishonest debtor, the evaluation committee will reject their bid. If on the day of bid opening, due to force majeure events, it is impossible to query and the query cannot be restored for a while, a post query can be conducted on the winning bidder candidate during the bidding announcement period. If the winning bidder candidate is a dishonest executed person, the bidding qualification will be cancelled by the tenderer in accordance with the law.
