3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:a. The bidder in China should have reliable technical training and application support capabilities, and be able to receive training and consulting requirements from the purchaser in software and hardware operations at any time. (the bidder provides relevant commitment letters)
b. The bidder should have a stable supply capacity and provide at least 3 sales performance certificates of the same type of product (scanned copies of the contract, original copies for reference). The contract signing date should be after Jan 1st, 2023.
c. The bidder has good business reputation and sound financial accounting system, and provides the financial status report (at least including the balance sheet and Income statement) of any month within six months from the time of bid opening (not required if the legal person or other organization has been established for less than three months) or the copy of its audited financial report of the previous year, with the official seal affixed.
d. The bidder shall provide a stamped declaration letter stating that the equipment manufacturer has no record of defective supply in China (including delivery not in accordance with the contract delivery date).
