Overview:The bidder plans to build a 160kta acrylic acid plant (two independent 80000 ton/year acrylic acid production lines), now it is proposed to purchase the design, supply, installation, calibration, commissioning, trial operation, performance evaluation, and on-site technical services for two independent 80000 ton/year acrylic acid plant centrifugal air compressor units (driven by steam turbines) and two centrifugal circulating tail gas compressor units (driven by steam turbines).
Source of Funds:Self-Funded, Funding has been implemented.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)The Bidder is legal person or other organization that has purchased the Bidding Document from the Tendering Agent, and has participated in the bid. Any legal person or organization that has not purchased the Bidding Document from the Tendering Agent is not allowed to participate in the bid.
(2)This Invitation for Bids is open to all legal persons or other organizations within the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as "PRC") or from all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called "the eligible source countries/areas").
(3)Any legal person or other organization that has conflict of interest with the Tenderee and may have impact on fairness of the bidding is not allowed to participate in the bid.
(4)Any legal person or other organization that has been entrusted to provide consulting service at the preliminary stage of the project or to prepare the Bidding Document is not allowed to participate in the bid, nor to prepare bid documents or provide consulting service to the Bidder.
(5)Different Bidders that have the same person in charge or have the relationship of share-holding or management should not participate in the bids for the same package.
(6)The Suppliers may participate in the bids only if they are legally and financially autonomous, if they operate under relevant law, and if they are not a dependent agency of the Tenderee or the Tendering Agent.
(7)Bidders should successfully complete the registration on http://www.chinabidding.com (hereinafter abb. as "the Website") prior to the deadline for submission of Bids stipulated in the Bidding Document. Otherwise, the Bidders cannot enter into bidding procedures, and any consequence arisen thereafter shall be borne by Bidders.
(8)Copies of business licenses shall be submitted by bidders in China and copies of registration certificates shall be submitted by bidders abroad. Sealing with company stamp for domestic bidders(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below).
(9)The Bidder shall be professional equipment manufacturer, or the manufacturer"s only authorized agent for this project. If the bidder is the equipment manufacturer, "Manufacturer Qualification Statement" shall be provided (the format is as per IV-9-2 in Chapter IV of Volume I). "Letter of Authority from Manufacturer"shall be provided by agent(the format is as per IV-9-4 "Letter of Authority from Manufacturer") ,The copy of the above power of attorney shall be sealed in the bid with the official signing and sealing of the bidder, attaching to the "qualification certificate". If bidder is the agent instead of manufacturer, Authorization by more than one manufacturer is not acceptable.
(10)The bidder must have the successfully experience on the production, sales, and stable operation (one year or more) of at least 1 set of Centrifugal air compressor unit for Acrylic acid Plant in China since Jan 01, 2013, a performance list (the Format of Relevant performance list is as per the Attachment 1 of Section Six), and a copy of the contract proving the sales experience shall be provided. Performance list shall stipulate user name, contact information, contract date and equipment Model, conveying medium, flow rate, inlet and outlet pressure, speed, drive power, quantity, delivery date and other information, sealing for domestic bidders(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below);
(11)The Bidder shall have good bank credit, good financial status, ability to perform contracts, and no bad business practices. Bidders shall provide the original Credit Certificates issued by the bank where his basic account is open, and the copy of Annual Audit Reports of 2020-2022 with its company sealing for domestic bidders(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below).
(12)Power of Attorney(the format is as per Section 4 Form IV-8,ITB Volume One) and the Identification Card of the authorized representative; if the authorized representative for the bid is the company"s legal representative, the qualified company"s legal representative certificated and his Identification Card shall be provided.
