Qualifications or Performance:The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade with the People"s Republic of China.
The Bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the communication command vehicle; if the bidder is the agent, the manufacturer shall provide the communication command vehicle of (VII) of the manufacturer for the project (list of goods requirements and technical requirements and technical requirements), and the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer or authorized dealer.
In the past three years (from the deadline of January 1,2020 to the deadline of this bidding), the bidder has completed the sales or supply performance of at least one single contract amount of 3 million yuan or more (the first page of the contract, contract supply content, supply list, signature page and other key pages shall be provided).
