3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The bidder shall pass ISO9001 certification and provide quality system certification.
Financial requirements:Bidders within the customs territory shall provide audit reports or financial statements for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022, and their net profit shall not be continuously lost for two years. If the establishment time of the bidder belongs to one of the above-mentioned specified years, it is exempt from submitting information from the current year and before that year. If a consolidated report is provided, the consolidated data shall prevail. Contract Reference Requirement:The bidder must have its own experience in the overall design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the equipment, and have the supply performance of independently designing, manufacturing, installing and commissioning the same type of equipment in at least one 60JPH factory in the past 5 years. The same type of equipment needs to be verified by the mass production workshop (capacity ≥ [300,000] vehicles/year).The following 4 performance certificates must be provided:1.Copies of corresponding contracts or ordersCopy of acceptance certificate;3.Pictures of the supplied equipment corresponding to the contract; 4.Brief description of the technical proposal corresponding to the contract.
